These terms describe how the site may be used. They are a plain-language draft, not a substitute for the contract of a confirmed stay.

Using the site
You may browse the collection and use the site for lawful, personal purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another person's account or scrape the site at a volume that affects other visitors.
Requests are not confirmed bookings
Sending a request does not create a booking and takes no payment at the time of the request. The desk checks availability and replies by email or phone with the price, the payment options and the next steps. A stay is confirmed only when the desk says so in writing.
Payments and refunds
Card payments are processed by the payment provider on its hosted page. A stay counts as paid only when the desk records the payment or the provider confirms it. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and are handled by the desk. Bank transfers must carry the payment reference so that we can match them to your stay.
Descriptions and photography
We describe homes honestly and keep photographs current. Images marked as illustrative are placeholders while a home is prepared for the collection. Prices and availability can change until the desk confirms a stay.
Availability of the site
We try to keep the site available and correct, but it is provided as it is. We are not liable for interruptions outside our control, and nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
